Washington Capitals vs Tampa Bay Lightning
Saturday, Nov 10, 2007 - Verizon Center, Washington DC - 7.00pm

The Lightning are winless on the road this year, and need this win
badly.  It will come down to the battle of Swedish goalies, Lundqvist
vs. Holmqvist.  May the best qvist win!
GETTING TO GAME #16

Depart Chicago (ORD) on
United at 9.17am

Arrive Baltimore (BWI) at
12.10pm

Hotel - Hampton Inn

I was tempted to take the
midnight JetBlue redeye from
Ontario to JFK, but as I'm
headed to Connecticut, I'm
flying in to the tiny White
Plains airport, which is like
landing in some rich
gentleman's back yard as
you descend through the
trees.
The Lightning will try to break out of their 0-7 road slump
against the Capitals.  With Dan Boyle's arm injury keeping him
out of the lineup, and less than stellar goaltending, Tampa Bay
have been having a tougher time on the road than me!

The NHL has a number of talented young forwards, and Alex
Ovechkin is one of my favorites.  He is tough and strong with
great hands, a lethal combination.  I'm always nervous when big
#8 is on the ice against the Lightning.
